Grandmothers flower garden quilt english paper piecing. I recently finished a large quilt for my daughter and The original pattern used 1/4 hexagons and finished at 19 3/4 x 21 3/4 i doubled all the measurements as i wanted mine to be larger than the original. A slow but a moving one for sure.

I have so loved working on this quilt, from sorting through my fabric scraps and stash, to cutting hexies, glue basting fabric pieces to papers, and stitching hexagon flowers, to finally basting.
